Data Modeler - SE

Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business requirements.

Work closely with business analysts, database developers, and architects to ensure data models align with enterprise standards.

Optimize and refine data models for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-1 team

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.

Implement and enforce best practices for data modeling, including normalization, indexing, and partitioning strategies.

Collaborate with teams to document metadata, relationships, and data lineage.

2+ years of experience with data modeling tools like Erwin, Power Designer, or similar.

3+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

4+ years of proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Knowledge of cloud-based databases and big data technologies is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
