Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in SAP BW system architecture, data extraction, and performance optimization.
Expertise in functional specifications, ABAP programming, and custom extractor logic.
Proficiency in facilitating workshops, performing impact analysis, and aligning business requirements.
Hands-on experience in system administration tasks such as transport requests, upgrades, and archiving.
Excellent analytical skills for root cause analysis and KPI validation.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and oversee BW system stability, reliability, and performance.
2. Draft functional specifications and support the creation of test plans for BI teams.
3. Align business requirements with SAP system configurations and validate technical/functional consistency.
4. Perform impact and risk analysis for BI workflows during business changes.
5. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and provide functional assistance to BI TAM teams (BW, BOXI, PowerBI, Web).
6. Manage recurring BW issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
7. Monitor and publish BW metrics.
8. Develop/Guide ABAP programs and frameworks for BW systems, including classical ABAP, ABAP OO, and custom extractors.
9. Participate in technical meetings, SAP version roadmap activities, and archiving process management.
10. Act as the primary contact for technical support requests involving external teams.
11. Validate recovery strategies, business KPIs, and technical decisions for SAP BW systems.
12. Provide guidance to stakeholders and teams on SAP BW solutions, ABAP enhancements, and system upgrades.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in SAP BW functional consulting and ABAP development.
Previous experience in managing BW system stability, recurring issues, and technical enhancements.

Good understanding of the following SAP modules:
FI/CO, FIAR, COPA, PCA, PRICING, MM, SD. PS, IS-OIL
