Senior Software Engineer - ForgeRock CIAM Lead Developer

Java development in the ForgeRock CIAM applications on day-to-day basis.
Be responsible for technical analysis, application development, application configuration, incident response and resolution, troubleshooting, testing, source code management and executing and managing change processes.
Work as a member of Agile team, develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
Development, Support and Maintenance of ForgeRock Components (OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM, OpenIG) and their extensions with custom Java code.
Review, analyze, evaluate business processes, procedures, systems and make recommendations for improvements and changes.
Manage source code version control system artifacts.
Work with Business Analysts to design technical requirements and perform application changes.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements, define IAM policies and design authentication and authorization workflows/Journey.
Document design decisions, configurations and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure comprehensive system documentation.
Integrate ForgeRock CIAM solutions with various applications and systems, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization processes.
Develop and maintain custom scripts and connectors for ForgeRock products.
Conduct unit testing, provide input for feasibility, and prepare systems documentation
Support and maintenance of the applications which must be highly available, robust and scalable.
Lead ForgeRock Identity and Access Management implementations and associated user administration activities.
Good knowledge of Jenkins, Git and other code maintenance tools.
Act as mentor conduct knowledge sharing session with the team.
Extensive knowledge of Java and Java programming tools, JavaScript, Groovy, Linux, Networking, SQL, Webservices/API, Secure Software
DevOps experience is a plus.
Experience is tools such as Postman, Appium or Selenium WebDriver
Experience with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber and building tools like Maven.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.
Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (Azure DevOps, GIT etc).
Good to have knowledge in Playwright.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
Certification in ForgeRock Identity Platform (ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Professional, ForgeRock Certified Access Management Professional) preferred
