Use GitLab for code versioning and JIRA for project tracking.
Guide and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure best coding practices.

Must to have Skills-

Technical Expertise: Java/J2EE, XML, PL/SQL, REST API, Microservices/Java-JDK/JBOSS.

Also needs few developers who are having good experience in - ETL / Replication / Debezium / Business Objects/Pentaho.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to multitask.
