Job Description
Looking for an Oracle/Exadata Application DBA with minimum six years of experience.
Key responsibilities.
Very good understanding of Oracle Database Objects & their functionalities Expert on Query tuning Good on Database tuning Use of OEM tool to monitor & Maintain Databases Writing DB programs using PL/SQL Expert on Database securities like TLS, TDE and DB vulnerabilities Good understanding of Oracle RAC, Dataguard, ASM and other HA/DR Solutions Good understanding of Database & Cron Jobs Expert on Data replication tools like Mviews, Golden Gate, etc. Logical and Physical backup & restore of Databases
Optional Capabilities Database Upgrade / Migrate / Install / Patching Knowledge of cloud platforms Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. Shell scripting/Python/ Perl Scripting
