Job Description
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders, product managers and developers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements/ components/ icons
- Develop UI mock-ups/ user flow/ prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Prepare and present initial drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Conduct iterations based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on typography, colours and hierarchy
- Attention to detail with quick turnaround time
- Create visual graphics for internal communication as per requirement
Job requirements and qualifications
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Experience managing a team
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools like Adobe XD (primary) and Figma
- Working knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of platform specific design standards like Android, IOS etc.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Ready to learn new software and tools as per requirement
