Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
Salesforce Development & Implementation:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Manage the development of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and automations.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Project Management:
- Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, product managers, and other technical teams, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Salesforce Administration & Maintenance:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
- Manage Salesforce releases and deployments.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features.
- Implement and manage Salesforce security best practices.
Technical Guidance & Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team and stakeholders.
- Conduct technical training and workshops.
- Research and evaluate new Salesforce technologies and tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and maintenance.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g, Administrator, Developer, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud, sales cloud, service cloud, or other clouds.
- Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce.
- Experience with data migration and data management.
