Qualification - MHA/MBA

• Day-to-Day Leadership: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day administration of our esteemed healthcare center. Your exceptional leadership skills will guide our team towards excellence.

• Patient Satisfaction: Your primary focus will be to achieve and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure each patient receives top-notch care and a positive experience throughout their journey.

• Driving Revenue Targets: With your strategic mindset and business acumen, you will be responsible for ensuring the center achieves its revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of healthcare.

• Financial Management: Your sharp eye for detail will be crucial in monitoring and managing credits, outstanding payments from various parties (TPA, CGHS, ECHS & Corporate), and ensuring timely reimbursements.

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Applying your financial expertise, you will develop and implement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
