Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies across various channels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital tools and trends to drive innovation in sales processes.
- Oversee the management of digital platforms, including SEO, CRM, and social media accounts.
- Monitor and measure ROI and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Prepare and manage budgets for digital sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and execute inbound sales plans to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Mentor and train the digital sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards in all digital sales activities.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years in digital sales or marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales through digital channels and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales tools, including SEO, CRM, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in budget planning and resource allocation.
