Job Description :

As a Centific Cloud architect, you are responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process & application requirements in cloud technologies and Lead the Agile Team.

Job Description :

- Hand-on technical expertise with architecting, implementing, and deploying enterprise applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, and etc), large scale distributed system design & implementation, blueprints, roadmaps inclusive of application architecture, business architecture, containerization, data services, infrastructure, AI / ML, and security for the operational deployment of solutions.

- Experienced with infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization, also with infrastructure on IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DBaaS in Data Centre environment.

- Involvement in using multiple implementations of continuous integration tools, such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or Microsoft TFS

- Leads the design of application modules, mentoring application experts and to ensure that performance guidelines are met.

- Excellent oral and written communications, as well as presenting to senior leadership and management and business stakeholder.

Technical Skills :

Application Design & development and write code in (at least any 2) :

- Python, .NET, Java, Data Structure, MapReduce, Scala, Kafka, Angular, Node, and Spring frameworks

- Well versed with software engineering methodologies, GoF & 12-factor design patterns, Microservices, and SOLID principles

- Virtualization, Virtual Machine, Serverless Computing, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Web services, API, Auto Scaling, Cloud Migration, Content Delivery Network (CDN), Event Driven Architecture, DNS, Micro services, Middleware, IoT devices, Bandwidth, IOPS, FTP, SSL, VPC, Data warehousing etc.

- Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, AWS Cloud formation, or other frameworks

- Configuring event/log forwarders and aggregators to monitor and debug operations, for example with Elastic, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, or AWS CloudWatch

- Elastically scalable and multi-region applications, especially using load balancing, API gateways, using distributed processing platforms (like AWS EMR, Kafka, Spark, or Hadoop) and Kubernetes or serverless container fabrics (like AWS Fargate)

- Experience in Troubleshooting, RCA and performance optimization.

- Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the solution architect community.

- Help provide one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to the team.

- Architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures.

- Knowledge on Cloud security - Brute force attack, Phishing, SQL injection, Ransomware, DDoS, IPS, HIPS, Anti Malware, Antivirus, Virtual Firewall, Latency, Multi factor authentication (MFA)
