Spinning Production (AM/DM)

Qualification : Diploma/PG Diploma in Textile, B.tech in Textile

Candidate must have 6-7 years experience in Spinning Production (Cotton/Worsted) as a specifically in Textiles industry and having manpower handling skills.

1. To execute the plan machine wise and to make ensure that it is achieved.
2. Allocate manpower on machines according to their skill and requirement.
3. Ensure machine maintenance if any abnormality inform to maintenance department.
4. Ensure SOP is followed.
5. To ensure shift plan vs actual achieve if any failure then discuss action plan.
6. Verify dyes & chemicals consumption report check the deviation in system and physically.
7. To cross check Greige Fabric quality, Rope size & Quantity before start dyeing.
8. To take ownership for the time delivery.
9. Ensure implement and maintain 5S in the Office and Floor.
10. To make continuous efforts towards cost reduction through process, Re- engineering, automation & best utilization of technologies.
11. To achieve the Targets in terms of Production, Quality and Cost.
