Job Description

About the Department:

Operations Team is the backbone of the company and the day to day running of all the centres relies on their shoulders. Their major KRA\u2019s include smooth onboarding and management of clients and taking care of them during their office stay with AltF CoWorking. Other responsibilities include providing ultimate customer and visitor experience during the visit, showing the coworking centre. The whole vendor management for smooth running of operations of the centre also lies on the department\u2019s shoulder.

Job Role :

To keep the property in a spick & span space.

Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.

To Keep a check on sanity and the ambience of the property & consumables quality.

Proven experience of team handling including (HouseKeeping Staff, Supervisors)

To keep a track using appropriate inspection checklists & to detail their findings.

Maintenance of Water TDS, Sanitaries, Necessary office stationery, electrical plugs & sockets(AC/DC),

Cafeteria Management including Pantry staff & Consumables.

Maintenance of Water security systems, parking, lights Basic knowledge of Building materials , Interior design & concept, washrooms & essential toiletries.

Administer smooth office operations and administration.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.

Strong organisational and time management skills

Basic excel knowledge and an aptitude to be trained and be able to use any other software.

Basic idea for all HVAC/AC units (AHUs, AWU, Comfort Acs) and Utility (Air Compressor, Temperature etc. )

Basic idea of Water TDS, Sanitaries, Necessary office stationery, electrical plugs & sockets (AC/DC),

Basic idea of Electricity metres & power generators and backups.

To have sufficient knowledge of operating principles, safety equipment and technical specifications.

Person should be highly presentable with good grooming and clothing standards.

Lots of opportunities to learn since the team is small with less people doing a lot of work. A lot of extra small and big projects come your way, which differ from your JD but help you learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

Lots on internal politics with people from other departments affecting your department's operations. Senior management is just focussed on growth of the company's profile and not on employee management or retention. Attrition is ridiculously high and the management doesnt step up to make necessary changes to curb it.
