Center Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Centre Operations Management: Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre, including admissions, student services, and faculty coordination.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of academic and non-academic staff, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
• Target Achievement: Drive admission targets and business growth through innovative marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Student and Parent Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree (minimum); MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in education management, operations, or related fields. Experience in managing a coaching institute or education centre is a plus.
