Hiring for CENTER HEAD

Position Overview:

The Center Head is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the teaching center. This role encompasses academic administration, staff management, student affairs, and community engagement. The Center Head ensures the delivery of high-quality educational services, the implementation of academic policies, and the promotion of a positive learning environment.

Academic Leadership and Management -

1. Oversee the development and implementation of the center's academic programs and curriculum.

2. Evaluate and improve teaching methods, materials, and resources.

3. Set goals and targets in terms of student progress, teacher performance, and marketing activities.

4. Conduct meetings with the Centre Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, and administrative staff to discuss the priorities for the week.

5. Conduct observations of some classes to assess teaching quality and provide feedback to Academic Head.

6. Engage in discussions with teachers to understand their feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Student Engagement -

1. Oversee student admissions, enrollment processes, and records management.

2. Ensure the provision of student support services, including counseling and extracurricular activities.

3. Regular Monitoring of student academic progress and implement intervention strategies for at-risk students.

4. Handle student grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with institutional policies.

5. Participate in open house activities during Open House Sessions.
