We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant with a strong focus on ARCS and FCCS modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, consolidation, and account reconciliation within the Oracle Fusion environment. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our financial reporting and reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion EPM modules, specifically ARCS and FCCS, to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and design effective reconciliation and consolidation solutions.

- Develop and maintain account reconciliation templates and workflows in ARCS.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial consolidations using FCCS, facilitating the month-end close process.

- Provide training and support to end-users on ARCS and FCCS functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues related to the EPM modules.

- Stay updated on Oracle updates and best practices related to EPM, ARCS, and FCCS.

- Basic knowledge on EPBCS and EDMCS is a plus.

- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.

- Participate in project planning and execution for EPM initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion EPM modules, with a focus on ARCS and FCCS. 1-2 Greenfield implementation experience preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools within the Oracle environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.

- Knowledge of SDLC Processes.

- Experience with Confluence and JIRA preferred.
