Roles and Responsibilities

Learning Consultants are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients. They are reproach in the identification of new prospects and support business development. These incumbents are the ones who accomplish sales by maintaining and expanding our customer base. They generate demand by prompting the products and managing the distributors and retailers.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• • Proven track record of exceeding target and sets new benchmarks.
• • Ability to identify opportunists and convert them into sales leads.
• • Self-motivated and result orientated.
• Prepared for daily field work and willing to travel extensively.
• • Two-wheeler with valid license
• • IT skills basic
• • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibility:

• Generate demand for a complete suite of higher ed print and digital products.

• Maintain and develop relationship with existent professors and distributors.

• Revenue generation and target achievement in the assigned territory.

• Identify new business opportunists and avenues for growth.

• Amending syllabus revisions, conferences, events, and seminars.

• Daily call and reportage through sales MIS.

• Follow up and ensure Smelly payments from customers.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on the same on a regular basis.

• Demonstration / Presenting products.

Preferred:

• MBA qualification

• Excellent Presentation skills

• Digital selling skills
