SAP FICO Public Cloud Consultant

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled SAP FICO Public Cloud Consultant to join our team at our Nagpur office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in the SAP Public Cloud environment. This role requires strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes and a deep understanding of cloud solutions, specifically in a financial context.

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design, configure, and support solutions to ensure effective and efficient utilization of SAP Public Cloud for financial processes. This is an onsite role at our Nagpur location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Implementation & Configuration:**

  - Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules (FI and CO) in SAP Public Cloud.

  - Understand business requirements, define functional specifications, and configure the solution based on client needs.

  - Perform gap analysis, customizations, and data migration strategies.

- **Support & Troubleshooting:**

  - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolve any issues related to SAP FICO functionality.

  - Work with end-users to understand system-related issues and provide solutions.

- **Integration:**

  - Manage integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party applications in the cloud.

- **User Training & Documentation:**

  - Develop training material and deliver end-user training sessions.

  - Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

- **Client Interaction:**

  - Engage with clients to understand their financial operations, suggest improvements, and align the SAP Public Cloud solution to meet their needs.

  - Act as a trusted advisor for clients on best practices in SAP FICO cloud implementation.

**Required Qualifications:**

- **Education:**

  - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).

- **Experience:**

  - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing SAP FICO modules, with at least 2 years working with SAP Public Cloud.

  - Hands-on experience in configuration and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

  - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FICO Cloud solutions is highly desirable.

- **Skills:**

  - Strong understanding of SAP FICO business processes, financial reporting, and integration with other SAP modules.

  - Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud, cloud technologies, and financial management processes.

  - Proficient in SAP FICO configuration, custom reports, and troubleshooting.

  - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- **Certifications:**

  - SAP FICO certification or relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
