We areseeking a highly skilled QA Specialist to join our dynamic product team. Youwill help to develop our industry-leading HVAC simulation software: AutonomousHVAC CFD, while gaining real experience in your field of study. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in HVAC drafting, quality assurance(QA) processes, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology in thefield of CFD simulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design the layout of various build spaces, occupancy, and pieces of equipment in the new BIM tool
Design and Develop the appropriate HVAC systems to optimize the Indoor Air Quality
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop detailed HVAC system designs using CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) based on project requirements and specifications.
Helping team with appropriate planning and execution in regression testing, performance testing, integration testing, and another non-functional testing to ensure successful application deployment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CFD software tools by providing feedback, identifying areas for enhancement and participating in software testing and validation processes.
Updating and maintaining best QA procedures and standards, including test planning, test data preparation, and test suite maintenance
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, HVAC Design or related field.
Proven experience as an HVAC Drafting Technician, HVAC Designer, or similar role, with expertise in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent in sketching as per the dimension and innovating 3D modeling
Knowledge of software Quality Assurance best practices and methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High Energy and Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, team player, and a positive attitude are key
Certification(s) in CAD drafting, HVAC design, or CFD simulation is a bonus.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of building codes, industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA), and energy efficiency principles in HVAC systems
Familiarity with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations and software tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL Multiphysics).
Experience with EnergyPlus, DesignBuilder, OpenStudio, or other building simulation environments.
