Utilities & Maintenance Engineer

1. Ensure 24x7 operations of mechanical utilities for manufacturing operations.

2. Attend all snag and breakdowns in Utility/Mechanical equipment.

3. Responsible for General and Preventive Maintenance of all utility/Mechanical Equipments.

4. Operation of utility equipment’s i.e., Boilers, Air compressors, Chilled water plant, Cooling Towers, water treatment plants, HVAC system, Borewell system.

5. Responsible for preparation of material indents for all Utilities spares/Equipment as per the requirement.

6. Maintain all Service Reports, documentation and annual test certifications of Utilities.

7. Ensure to follow safety guidelines and address the issues within the least possible time.

8. Ensure coordination among the team and carryout activities/assignments within the scheduled time.

9. Ensure to coordinate all statutory inspections pertaining to mechanical as per the schedule.

Implementation of the guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, Etc

10. Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
