Senior Analyst

The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting HR data to support strategic decision-making and enhance overall workforce management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and data crunching skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Data Analytics, or a related field/MBA

Experience: 7-10 years

Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from various sources, including HRIS, time and attendance systems, performance management tools, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics and KPIs.

Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by implementing regular audits and data validation processes.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address data quality issues and improve overall data integrity.

Custom Metrics and Analytics: Work closely with HR business partners to understand reporting needs and develop customized metrics and analytics to address specific business requirements.

Provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, employee engagement, and other relevant HR metrics.

Compliance Reporting: Generate and deliver regulatory compliance reports as required by local, state, and federal authorities. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient and effective reporting solutions.

Communication and Presentation: Clearly communicate complex data findings to HR and business leaders in a concise and understandable manner. Present HR reports and insights in meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
