Service Field Technician

Job Summary:

As a Service Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing [specific equipment or multiple equipments] at customer locations. You will serve as the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and technical expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of products to be handle CCTV & Door Access
Control System

* Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site.

* Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.

* Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

* Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

* Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

* Proven experience as a field technician or similar role.

* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

* Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
