Job Description

  • Should have minimum 6 months experience in retail cashier or sales
  • Basic computer knowledge and preferably familiar with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters, etc).
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
    • Typing Speed minimum 30 40 wpm
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Handle all cash transactions with customers
    • Maintain and update software based bill details, Gift Voucher details for audit purpose on a daily basis
    • Well versed with batch closing, cash tallying and card transactions
    • Timely submission of MIS to seniors whenever needed.
    • Keep reports of transactions
    • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

    Working hours is too much ....as compare to other retail companies...and no more promotion and appraisal on time.....work environment is very horrible...there is lots of partiality in employees in every stages like work related, salary related,leave . For me there is no career for Accounts background on branch level....so choose correctly....
