Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from merchants and their developer teams over multiple channels providing them with step-by-step technical assistance
Ability to demo the Cashfree product suite to merchants on presales/post sales calls and walk them through Product Integration and dashboard
Technical debugging of merchant environment to enable them to integrate with Cashfree through Mobile, plugins, APIs etc.
Deep dive and analyse issues end-to-end and efficiently collaborate with other teams to solve critical merchant problems
Operate on stringent resolution SLAs to resolve business critical problems for Cashfree merchants working and collaborating with engineering and operational teams
Provide a world class support experience for Cashfree merchants.
Develop and maintain product level playbooks for team reference, contribute to and manage the repository /knowledge base
Take up technical value add tasks and initiatives aimed at improving product efficiency
Experience : 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Requirements :
Understanding of coding languages like Go/Python/Java, platforms (Android, iOS) with hands-on working experience in at least one of them.
Strong understanding of running queries using SQL and using APIs on tools like Postman
Familiarity/experience of using web and mobile tools such as React Native, Flutter, Cordova, Ionic React would be a plus
Experience in handling technical queries on email/call/chat channels
Keen eye for technical documentation enhancement
Excellent problem-solving aptitude and communication skills
Experience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in client s and internal environments
Capable of ideating process improvements, mentoring and assisting junior team members.
