Coding Manager

WE ARE HIRING - CODING MANAGER

Experience Required:

• Managerial Experience: 10+ years in a leadership role within a BPO/Healthcare coding environment.
• Auditing Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in external coding audits.
• Certifications: Coding Certification from an internationally accredited organization (AHIMA, AAPC).
• Coding Expertise: Extensive experience in coding all outpatient and inpatient charts.
• Multi-Specialty Knowledge: Strong background in multi-specialty outpatient coding with a comprehensive understanding of different specialties.
• Physician Coding: Prior experience in physician-side coding.

Technical & Domain Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience in coding compliance, QA processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Training & Mentorship:

• Lead mentorship initiatives to support new hires and junior coders in effectively navigating diverse medical records.
• Provide continuous education on ICD-10-CM, CPT, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
