Assistant Factory Head

Job Desciption

:

• Overall responsibility of adhering to Production Schedules and Operations.
• Coordination with Sales departments regarding setting Priorities and providing timely updates.
• Coordination with Purchase and Stores Team for Raw Materials Availability.
• Ownership and Reporting of Factory Metrics related to Production and Productivity.
• Organize workflow to meet Customer Expectation and deadlines.
• Drive Continuous improvement Initiatives ISO, 5S Other Lean Initiatives.
• Monitor and provide guidance to ensure safe and productive work environment.
• Liaison with other departments like finance, sales, marketing to achieve overall financial objectives.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Allocate resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standard
• Ensuring Zero Defect Products and shipped from the factory.
• Minimise, Control Monitor Waste Generation from Operations.
