Role- Associate Business Systems Consultant - FEMALE

Location- Remote / WFH full time

In this role you will be working with MSME businesses spread across India to assist them to grow and organize their business. 45 days paid training would be provided by us.

Responsibilities-

• Interact & engage with clients to understand their management issues

• Conduct thorough research to understand the current state and associated challenges

• Identify areas for improvement or optimization

• Design process workflows

• Prepare dashboards using Pivot & similar tools

• Help in analysis & presentation of data for strategic decision making

• Create and oversee implementation of relevant changes to management procedures

• If required, need to employ suggested management softwares to streamline processes and enhance productivity

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients & foster effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications-Preferred Candidate should be having the following:

• Post Graduation preferably MBA

• Having at least 2+ year of work experience in HR Operations / Analytics / Project Management / Sales / Any Management Roles

• Should have flair for presenting data in form of dashboards & presentations

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Should have own laptop & steady Wi-Fi connectivity
