Partner Onboarding

Role & responsibilities

1. Partner Outreach:

○ Create a Directory of the potential leads via Google Listings

○ Connect with potential partners via phone to explain the platforms benefits

and onboarding process.

○ Address queries and concerns to ensure partners are comfortable and

informed.

2. Onboarding Support:

○ Guide partners step-by-step through the onboarding process, including

registration, documentation, and profile setup.

○ Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and processed

accurately..

3. Relationship Management:

○ Build strong relationships with partners to encourage long-term collaboration.

○ Act as the first point of contact for partners during the onboarding phase.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

○ Maintain accurate records of all onboarding interactions and documentation.

○ Verify the data collected and provide it to the Onboarding team for making the

Listings live

Preferred candidate profile

1. Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not

mandatory).

2. Experience:

○ Hiring for a fresher though 1-2 years of experience in customer support,

sales, or partner management (experience with remote calling is a plus).

○ Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

3. Skills:

○ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

○ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

○ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.

○ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

4.Language Proficiency:

○ Proficiency in [relevant regional languages] in addition to English is preferred.
