Automation Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Candidate Having Knowledge to design, implement, and maintain automated systems in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC programming, robotics integration, and advanced automation technologies, ensuring high performance and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for manufacturing equipment.
• Design, install, and maintain robotic systems to enhance production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and propose solutions.
• Conduct performance analysis and continuous improvement of automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in automation design and operation.
• Provide training and support to technical staff on automation systems.
• Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and integrate them into existing systems when applicable.
• Communication with PLC,HMI & all robots (IP Address or another)
• Define or create input or output for robot
• Read & write PLC program (online in Software)
• Read & write HMI program (online in Software)
• Create home position for robot after power interruption
• PLC + Servo programming (With Addressing)
• Entire PLC ladder programming
• Controller's card knowledge Checking & testing criteria
• How to find that which card faulty or damage ?
• Data register programming
• Robot shift one place to another place (All Programming & Mechanism)
• Welding Robot Power source checking, testing
• Communication or connectivity (hard wiring) with welding Robot
• Mounting, Programming, input & output hard wiring for Camera & Laser Sensor
• Camera software, IP address programming
• Value setting, parameter setting in Wenglor Camera + Wenglor Laser Sensor

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in PLC programming or robotics are a plus.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in automation engineering, including PLC programming and robotics integration.
• Hands-on experience with automation software such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, or Fanuc.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automated manufacturing solutions.

Skills

• Expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in robotic programming and integration.
• Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, and other automation components.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 practices and IoT integration.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
