Carina Softlabs - Unity Game Developer - C#/Game Engine (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our team at Carina Softlabs Inc.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Unity 3D development, C# programming, and multiplayer game development using Photon and Mirror networking solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive applications and games for various platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement high-quality game mechanics and interactive features using Unity and C#.

- Design and develop multiplayer functionalities using Photon (PUN/Fusion) and Mirror networking.

- Optimize performance for different platforms (PC, Mobile, VR/AR).

- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to bring game concepts to life.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in game development.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best coding practices.

- Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and plugins as required.

- Lead and mentor junior developers in Unity development practices.

- Keep up to date with the latest game development trends and technologies.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in Unity development.

- Proficient in C# programming and object-oriented programming principles.

- Must have experience with multiplayer development using Photon (PUN/Fusion) and Mirror.

- Experience with 3D rendering, physics, animations, and UI development.

- Strong knowledge of game optimization techniques for different platforms.

- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

- Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in networking and multiplayer game development beyond Photon and Mirror.

- Understanding of game monetization strategies.

- Previous experience in leading game development projects.
