JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for Tech Lead who is highly skilled as a SailPoint Developers, associate will be a key member of our cyber security team.
The SailPoint Developer will work closely and partner with multiple separate groups to increase automation within the identity space.
Associate will execute and automate Identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes quickly, accurately, and securely.
Associate responsibilities will include writing and deploying code to downstream applications such as SailPoint, provisioning Infrastructure as Code for our automated Identity Management system and supporting our internal SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to deliver automated Identity Solutions to our customers in an effective and efficient manner.
Additionally associate will be responsible for writing documentation encompassing the configurations around any code developed including but not limited to troubleshooting, decommissioning, and other applicable facets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Design a cloud native infrastructure environment in AWS from development environments through production environments utilizing Identity and access management best practices.
Mentor and consult with peers and customers
Configure systems and application monitoring, defining alerts and building appropriate dashboards and documentation
Integrate security tools, standards and processes into the Software Development Life Cycle across on-premises and cloud applications
Create new standards & best practices to increase effectiveness of provisioning and deprovisioning across a diverse environment
Automate provisioning and integration as part of mergers and acquisitions.
Hands on design, development and documentation of application integration.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor s degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent work experience

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of automating and launching products within Identity and Access Management.
Automated solutions should be enterprise grade and focus on a consistent user experience leveraging SailPoint OOTB design where applicable with limited use of complex customization that will require maintenance.
They will have experience in delivering outcomes through agile software delivery.
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools such as Active Directory and SailPoint is a must.
Proficient with a variety of Software development / scripting languages such as C SHARP/ Java / Python / PowerShell - Any one skill
3+ years working with Active Directory - IAM
3+ years working with SailPoint
2+ years working with Okta
2+ years cloud experience (Any cloud experience - AWS/GCP/Azure)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Demonstrated understanding and experience with Identity and Access Management.
Familiarity with IT control processes around risk and compliance
Familiarity with Security domain concepts such as SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, LDAP, SSO, ADFS, and Federation flow
Experience with Privileged Access solutions is a plus
Strong self-starter and initiative to navigate complex subject matter in a large organization
Experience managing delivery full-stack technical solutions
Exposure to agile product management including the ability to set vision, establish a roadmap, set goals, write user stories and execute
Effectively lead or collaborate with cross-functional resources to manage and resolve interdependencies
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment

Due to high work load you might not be able avail leaves. Work life balance is average based on team. Most importantly company is currently not in growth mode it is looking to stabilize the workforce and hence we cannot expect decent hikes/promotions.
