Key Responsibilities:.
- Oversee and manage the workflow across the entire region to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop, monitor, and manage operating budgets to align with organizational objectives.
- Achieve targeted profit margins, market share, and sales goals, while considering industry trends and economic conditions.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to new and existing sales team members to drive performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the operations team, ensuring effective communication.
- Lead customer acquisition efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships, while guiding the team in sourcing and expanding the customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, including analyzing current routes to ensure competitiveness and high service standards, while seeking opportunities for additional business.
- Conduct monthly financial analysis to assess the performance and profitability of customer profiles.
- Stay informed on market rates and competitor offerings to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM and other relevant systems.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Set clear goals for specialized sales efforts, including Full Truckload (FTL), Hyperlocal, and Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC).
