Roles And Responsibilities :

Policy Development and Management :

- Percentage of security policies, standards, and procedures reviewed or updated annually.

- Compliance rate with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in policy development.

Risk Assessment and Management :

- Number of identified security risks documented in the risk register.

- Timeliness of resolution for high-priority risks, measured by the average time to mitigate identified issues.

Compliance Monitoring :

- Percentage of compliance assessments conducted on schedule.

- Number of compliance findings addressed within specified timelines.

Security Awareness and Training :

- Participation rate in security awareness programs and training sessions.

- Improvement in security awareness metrics measured through periodic assessments.

Incident Response Support :

- Mean time to detect and respond to security incidents.

- Accuracy and completeness of incident documentation, measured by adherence to incident response procedures.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Accuracy and completeness of security governance documentation, measured by audit findings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Basic understanding of information security principles, concepts, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in information security governance practices.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)) are a plus but not required.
