Senior UX Designer - Mobile App Designing (4-8 yrs)

Job Description:

Country Delight is a 2015 Series D-funded startup. We lead subscription-based everyday needs E-Commerce. We promise to bring genuine, fresh, unadulterated milk along with ghee, paneer, fruits and veggies, eggs, and breads to the customer's home. We operate in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, and are expanding nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer who excels at creating thoughtful consumer-facing experiences for Country Delight mobile app, our consumer facing app. As a member of this team, you will focus on various app use cases, including Membership, Subscription, First-time user experience, and more, to create optimal end-to-end experiences for customers.

Responsibilities :

- Proficient in mobile app design, employing research tools to guide design choices and achieve consensus based on usability heuristics and data-driven findings.

- Strong creative problem-solving skills, be adept at storytelling through visuals, and have expertise in systems design thinking.

- Create scalable wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts through different phases of a product's lifecycle

- Identify, design and document reusable patterns that help us scale our design philosophy across integrations

- Work closely with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, and Engineers.

Requirements :

- Proven experience leading UX design efforts for digital products, with a portfolio showcasing user flows, prototypes, and testing methodologies.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design

- Expertise in digital design tools (Sketch, XD, Figma, etc) and well-versed in pattern libraries, and design methodologies

- Ability to rapidly grow (or come up with) new ideas and create fabulous storyboards, mock-ups, and functional prototypes
