The EA plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency and productivity in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems. Draft, review, and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive. Meetings Events Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes. Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events. Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings. Travel Expense Management: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Process and track expense reports and reimbursements. Stakeholder Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests. Liaise with senior management, clients, and business partners professionally. Project Office Management: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives. Conduct research and compile data for decision-making. Support office operations, procurement, and vendor management as needed. Qualifications Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting C-level executives.
