Automobile Engineer

CAREER CLUB HR MANAGEMENT LLP is looking for Automobile Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in automobiles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems. Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups, to keep automobiles in good working condition. Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify and troubleshoot problems in automobiles. Order and install replacement parts and accessories, ensuring that they meet the manufacturer's specifications. Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work, including parts used and labor hours. Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and explaining repairs and maintenance procedures. Manage customer relationships, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service provided and that they return for future service needs. Ensure that the service area is clean, organized, and safe, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of automobile problems. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
