Loan Sales Executive

Evaluate loan applications and determine creditworthiness of borrowers.Analyze financial statements and other relevant information to assess the risk of the loan.Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers and ensure their needs are met throughout the loan process.Negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers.Ensure that all loan applications comply with applicable laws and regulations.Monitor the progress of loans and ensure timely repayment.Prepare and submit loan reports to management.Meet or exceed loan production targets.Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand the loan portfolio.Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with borrowers.
