Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  
• Review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Identify areas of improvement in hospital operations and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  
• Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards achieving goals.
  
• Develop risk assessment plans to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field (e.g., accounting).
  
• Experience working in a healthcare setting or hospital environment preferred .
