Job Description: Pharmacist Incharge*

*Location:* CARE CIIGMA Hospitals, Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Maharashtra

*Experience Required:* 5+ years

*License Required:* Valid Pharmacist License (D-Pharmacy/ B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy)

*Responsibilities:*

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications.

- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws and regulations, including the maintenance of a valid license.

- Having hands on experience on managing Central Drug Store / IP pharmacy / OP Pharmacy.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.

- Monitor inventory levels, ordering and stock management to avoid shortages.

- Ensure the proper storage and handling of medications and pharmaceutical products.

- Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures and Supervise pharmacy staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

- Provide patient counseling on proper medication use and potential side effects.

- Handle prescription verification and ensure proper medication records are maintained.

*Requirements:*

- A valid pharmacist license recognized by the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council.

- At least 5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
