Job Description
#Job Role- Documentation for admitted approached and walk-in scrutiny, assembling everything, scanning the case sheets, approaching the ward secretaries and getting the queries (on-par info and insurance related, documents to pdfs making and sending to the proper stations. Follow up on the TPAs digital formats. We are maintaining tat (turn out time) and communication among Stakeholders (Attendees, Clinicians, and administrators). Digital documentation of Pre-Auth requests assembling, Queries alignment, Fetching case sheets, and positive investigations.
