Customer Support International Voice process

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing outbound calls (Dubai) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.
• Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the follow-up.
• Assess and resolve enquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
• Manage and optimize the performance of our outbound customer experience operations, including call center, email, chat.
• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the company's customer experience operations, working closely with senior management to align it with overall business goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresher / Any Graduates can apply with Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable follow-up will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam abilities / call centre expertise
• Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.

• Any Graduates

Language:

• English - Hindi (MUST)

OR

• English- Malayalam (MUST)

Shift: Day shift
