Key skills for the job
We are looking for Account Managers who have a flair for communication, understand consumer behavior, can juggle multiple account management projects at a time, and can help us create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers:
1. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts .
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships .
3.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
4.Collaborate with our sales team to achieve goals
5. Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
6.Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
7.Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
8.Prepare reports on account status
Requirements:
Work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with negotiation and presentation abilities.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time.
BA/BSc/B.Com degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
