Liaise with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.
Develop training programs for Business teams to enhance their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
Design and deliver engaging learning materials such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality soft skills/Product /Sales/Behavioural content that meets business objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for periodic review of product and process trainings to ensure agreed timelines and quality parameters are being met.
Develop training contents basis inputs from business teams.
Explore and identify development needs for all key associates basis conversations with their managers/HOD and finalize programs for fulfilling development needs of each staff.
MIS & Reporting sharing periodic dashboards.
Conducted regular branch visits across locations to monitor performance and provide on-site training and support for staff.
Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of learning principles, content development, best practices.
