Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and strong leadership skills to supervise site activities, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with project specifications.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Maintain site records, including progress reports and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays during project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven expertise in site supervision.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
