Capillary is looking for a seasoned full-stack Architect/Lead with expertise in javascript frameworks/libs (React.js/Angular.js/Vue.js, etc) to lead and drive the front-end architecture for scalable web applications. This role will involve designing, creating, and scaling microfrontend architectures , building reusable UI component libraries , and developing best-in-class Node.js API microservices .

As an Associate Software Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers, to create high-quality, efficient, and scalable front-end solutions that align with the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable front-end systems using cutting-edge frontend technologies.
Lead the design and implementation of Microfrontends , ensuring they are modular, scalable, and maintainable.
Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries that can be leveraged across multiple products and platforms.
Develop high-performance Node.js API microservices , ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Create strategies for front-end performance optimization to ensure a seamless user experience across web applications.
Collaborate with backend architects and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment pipelines.
Define and establish best practices in UI/UX design , ensuring the user interface is intuitive and optimized for performance.
Conduct code reviews , provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high-quality code and foster team development.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously evolve the architecture.
Work with product and design teams to align architecture and component strategy with the overall product vision.

Required Skills Experience:

10+ years of experience in UI development , with a strong focus on any of the JS framework/lib like React.js/Angular.js/Vue.js and Node.js .
Proven expertise in UI components architecture design and the ability to create scalable, modular, and reusable components.
Strong knowledge of Microfrontend architectures and implementation strategies.
Experience in building Node.js API microservices with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
Proficiency in JavaScript , ES6+ , HTML5 , CSS3 , and modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs .
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) , and deployment strategies.

Solid knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues , responsive design , and web performance
