Associate Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Solution Architect to join our team, ideally suited for Tech Support Engineers (5-8 years of experience) who are eager to transition into solution architecture while continuing to support and enhance an in-house integration product suite. This role will involve working on an internally developed product/tool suite, responsible for both product enhancements and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless functionality for users.

As an Associate Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with product managers, senior architects, and engineering teams to design and implement enhancements to the product suite, while continuing to leverage your deep technical expertise from your support background to troubleshoot and resolve product issues. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the product aligns with business needs and technical requirements.
