Position Details
Profile: International Sales (Cross Sales and Direct Sales)
Title: International Sales Executive
Scope: Cable TV and Wi-Fi cross-selling & direct selling
Salary for Freshers: ₹20,000 - ₹32,000 + Incentives (Up to ₹50,000)

Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Cross-Sales Executive, your primary focus is to sell products and services directly to customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional offerings to existing customers.
This role involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Below are the specific responsibilities for this role:
Understanding Customer Needs
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences regarding Cable TV and Wi-Fi services.
- Ask targeted questions to uncover opportunities for cross-selling additional features or services.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach to tailor solutions that align with their needs.
- Present and promote Cable TV and Wi-Fi products directly to customers in a clear, persuasive, and engaging manner.
- Explain the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products.
- Close deals by overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns confidently.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Training Period: 7 days
Observation Period: 7 days
Additional Details
Working Days: 5 days a week
Probation Period: 3 months

Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
