Candour Pro Managed Solution is seeking a talented and creative Branding Executive with a passion for design and branding. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in graphic design, video editing, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools is essential. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our projects across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content, including brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and banners.

Design and edit engaging videos for promotions, events, and project highlights.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets.

Communicate design concepts effectively within the team and to stakeholders.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by providing innovative design ideas.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to produce cutting-edge designs.

Requirements:

Experience: Fresher or 1 to 1.5 years in a similar role.

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Basic knowledge of branding principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

A creative mindset with attention to detail.
