About the Role:

Responsible for improving awareness of existing data and analytic solutions and their value, initiating new data and analytic solutions based on business needs, and performing and prototyping ad-hoc analysis for the business that drive insights and business value.

What Youll Do:

- Function as the liaison with the leads in the relevant business roles regarding reporting strategy.

Engage the business to ensure that the Data and Analytc vision / reporting solutions are properly communicated and adopted

Gather business need and priorities and obtains approvals from the business on key portfolio choices to be made.

Aide the business in responding to key business questions, requiring detailed knowledge of available data, and requiring strong capability on enterprise reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Azure)

Stay abreast of ongoing initiatives in the business organizations and plans adaptations to BI solutions to align with changing business needs

Maintain documentation for standard reports, metrics, and BI solutions used by different business functions and helps onboard/train resources using these playbooks and documentation.

Perform ad-hoc data analysis on key business questions

Prototype solutions to key business questions that use the companys technology stack

Escalation support for any solution issues that may exist

Perform other duties entrusted by the supervisor, resulting from the tasks realized by the Company.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Information Systems

- 5-10 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in Power BI , experience in DW/ETL, Data Factory, SQL DW, SAP BO/BW/SAC

- 2-3 years using Data Science techniques to answer key business questions with data.

Work Timing Location

- Office - Pimple Saudagar, Awfis, 3rd Floor, GK Mall, Above Pantaloons.

- Current Flexible office presence policy - 3 days/week, 2 days remote

- Typical Working Hours - 10.30am/12:30pm to 7.30pm/9:30 pm IST.

- Operational on call availability subject to incidents/priorities.

- Travel - subject to key projects, usually less than 2 weeks
