Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - NBFC - CA (4-8 yrs)

Our client is leading NBFC providing education loans to Indian Students. They are a growing organization and hiring for Manager- FPA who will be responsible to assess the profitability, liquidity, and stability of the company through various analytical reports.

Job Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Leading annual budgeting process and monitoring performance across all business.

- Leading financial analysis, balance sheet and liquidity for the organization.

- Actively involved in conceptualization and delivery of Management Information reports.

- Build and maintain control framework and ensure minimum error.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- CA (mandatory)

- 4-7 years of relevant work experience with proven experience in lending background.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate well.

- A strong team player/interpersonal skill.
