What are the responsibilities
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Take complete ownership and manage end to end recruitment
Undertake a few operational tasks if need be
What are the skills required
2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition for a software product company (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Attention to detail
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Interest and experience in startups and internet business is a plus.
